Lord Jesus, I need You. I want to know you personally in my life. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of my life and teach me to be the kind of person You want me to be.

God’s Plan for Salvation

God created us for eternal life but because of each of us fail to live up to His standards, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for us so that we could have heaven and eternal life.

The Road to Heaven

Every one of us is a sinner in the eyes of a perfect, holy God. We all make mistakes. We all mess up in our daily lives. The Bible says,

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23

Because of our sin, we deserve nothing but rejection from God. The Bible says,

For the wages of sin is death.Romans 6:23

Death means spending eternity in a place no one would ever want to go.

But God loves us and sent His Son, Jesus Christ to pay for our sins. Yours and mine. In Romans 5:8, God’s Word says,

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.Romans 5:8

If you respond to God’s love and what He has done for you through Jesus Christ, then you can have eternal life starting now and know for certain that you will go to heaven when you die. Romans 10:9 says,

that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;Romans 10:9

If you pray and ask Jesus to come into your heart, He will never leave you. He will always be with you. The Bible promises in Romans 8:38,39 this important truth,

For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.Romans 8:38-39
